Training covers: current Missouri drug trends, opioid addiction, fentanyl safety, naloxone (Narcan) administration best practices, post-overdose de-escalation, and referring individuals to addiction treatment quickly.
For MO Law Enforcement: This training is approved by Missouri POST CLEE (Control #28717) for 1.5 hours in Interpersonal Perspectives with 0.5 hours in De-escalation. We will log your POST hours.
For MO EMS: Approved by Missouri BEMS for 1.5 EMS CEH. Upload your certificate to your personal training record and select the training entity “MO-CORPS”.
Please allow 3-5 days after you fully complete the training to receive your certificate via email. It may go to your junk/spam folder. Email FirstResponders@mimh.edu if you don’t receive it.
